Shipping Policy
- Electronic items are shipped within 3 business days after payment is cleared.
- 3D printed items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production, depending on demand. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If your order contains both electronics and 3D prints, shipping may be delayed until all items are ready.
- If we cannot process your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for defective items.
- Buyers must contact us before returning any item. Items will be inspected upon return.
- If the item is confirmed defective, a replacement will be sent at no charge.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. If returned using our label, we may refund the shipping cost at our discretion.
- Items not found to be defective will not be refunded or replaced.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted at our discretion. We prefer to offer replacements when appropriate.
- No refunds are given on digital products due to the nature of digital delivery.
